Well I don't think it turned out bad or anything but I'm still not satisfied with this drawing as always I just can't draw frills and ribbons. And yes I actually tried to draw a lotita dress! note: I did NOT design the dress I just tried to copy the dress from google (I'm not giving the link of the picture from the real dress.. that's just to embarrassing!)
Gah~ this took me long!

and about Werny I drew her wrong I just found out that her haistyle and ears I drew was from a transformation [link] (I used that picture for example and I didn't read the description first)
